1. The service
Clear Reel Guide publishes reviews, comparisons and educational material about online casinos licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, together with related information about game studios and safer gambling. The site is funded by affiliate commission as described in the affiliate disclosure. Nothing on the site constitutes an invitation to gamble addressed to any person for whom gambling is unlawful, and nothing here should be read as a guarantee of any outcome, offer availability or operator behaviour.
2. Age and jurisdiction
The site is intended for people aged 18 or over located in Great Britain. If you're under 18, leave now; if you're outside Great Britain, licensing information here may not describe your local rules, and operators may not accept you. You're responsible for the laws that apply where you are.
3. Accuracy and its limits
We verify licence data against the Gambling Commission's public register and date our checks, as the editorial policy describes. Operators nevertheless change products, terms and offers without notifying us. Content is therefore provided "as is": we pursue accuracy seriously and warrant nothing, and the operator's own site is always the binding source for its current terms. Scores and verdicts are opinions held in good faith.
4. Third-party sites and affiliate links
Outbound links — including the affiliate links marked rel="sponsored" — lead to sites we don't control and can't answer for. Your relationship with any operator, including its terms, offers and handling of your money and data, is between you and that operator. We are not a party to any gambling transaction and accept no liability arising from one.
5. Intellectual property
The text, design, mark and original graphics of this site belong to Clear Reel Guide. Operator and organisation logos remain their owners' property and appear for identification. Quote us with attribution and a link; republishing whole pages isn't on.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on site content or from your dealings with third-party operators. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Changes and law
