One mailbox, read by the desk itself.
No ticket system, no chatbot. Mail lands with the people who write the reviews, and the useful messages genuinely shape what we re-check next.

We read everything. Replies usually take a few working days — a small desk answers slower than a call centre, and more honestly.
What this address is for
- Factual errors. A licence number that doesn't match the register, a studio wrongly attributed, a stale claim — include the page URL and what you found. See how corrections work.
- Reader experiences. We can't fix your case, but patterns across reports inform when an operator gets re-checked ahead of schedule.
- Partnership and press. Commercial enquiries are welcome and answered by the same desk — with the caveat that placement is disclosed and scores are not for sale, per the editorial policy.
- Anything unclear on the site. If a sentence confused you, that's our fault, not yours — tell us which one.
What we can't help with — and who can
Clear Reel Guide is an independent reviews and comparison site. We hold no player accounts and no funds, and operators will not discuss your account with us. For a blocked withdrawal, a verification dispute or a closed account, the working route is:
- The operator's own support and formal complaints process — every UKGC licensee must have one.
- The operator's listed alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider, free of charge, if the complaint isn't resolved.
- For concerns about how an operator conducts itself generally, the Gambling Commission — it doesn't resolve individual disputes but does act on patterns.
If gambling itself is the problem, skip the queue entirely: GamCare runs the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, free and confidential, around the clock.
